This article aims to reintroduce the concept that these three facets of our being—cognition, emotion, and gut instinct—originally spoke the same language but have gradually diverged, leading to confusion in our decision-making processes. By rediscovering and reuniting these languages, we can achieve a beautiful harmony in our lives, living authentically and thriving in emotional intelligence.

The Cognitive Brain: Our Logical Thinker

The cognitive brain, often associated with the prefrontal cortex and other higher brain regions, is a remarkable tool that sets humans apart from other species.
